Hull FC centre Carlos Tuimavave is keen to extend his stay at the Black & Whites by signing a new contract.

Speaking in today’s edition of the League Express, the Kiwi explained he would love to remain at the club beyond 2018 by penning a new deal.

The Kiwi is currently one of a group of players out of contract at the end of the 2018 season, along with the likes of Albert Kelly, Sika Manu and Fetuli Talanoa.

Speaking to the newspaper, Tuimavave said: “I’d love to stay,”

“I’ve got two kids now and I want what is best for them. That said, I would love to stay.

“The buzz around here is so good. Radders brings all the families together and that transcends onto the field. We have a very strong culture here.”

Tuimavave joined the club ahead of the 2016 season from the Newcastle Knights, and has gone on to cement his spot in the centres.

Making over 50 appearances for the club during his stint in East Yorkshire, Tuimavave has been one of the club’s most consistent performers and will be hoping to continue his form into 2018.
